For the year 2019, We choose Seoul as IPN 7th conference meeting because Seoul is the tenth largest city in the world, and one of the major financial cities in Asia. It is also the political, economic, technological, educational center of South Korea. Seoul is also a city with rich cultural deposits.​We have a new observer form New Zealand. Besides, new member from UAE and other representatives came to the stage have presentation on behalf of their companies.
